Every ear is unique, so we include multiple (XS, S, M & L) tip sizes with every pair of Halo Earplugs (except Forte). Each pair comes fitted with the medium tip. If it feels loose, try a larger size; if it causes pressure, go smaller. A snug but comfortable seal ensures optimal protection.

You may notice this at first, espcially in quiet settings. This is called the "occlusion effect." and it’s common with earplugs that create a tight seal. It can make internal sounds like your voice or breathing seem amplified.
