As someone with piercings I find most earplugs uncomfortable but not these, worn them all night and they were comfortable as and none of my piercings were sore like they usally are. To give you an idea I have my tragus, rook, daith and conch done and thats just inside of my ear.

Took them to a concert and could still chat with friends but they have to speak close to your ear though. at least they don't need to shout
