At Halo Earplugs, your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand behind the quality of our products, and we're confident you'll love them—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

100-Day No-Risk Returns

Try your Halo Earplugs for 100 days, risk-free. If you’re not happy, you can return them for a full refund—no questions asked.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must request it within 100 days of receiving your order.

  • You may be asked to provide proof of purchase (order number or email).

Sustainability & Hygiene

As our earplugs are personal-use items, we do not reuse or resell them. All returned products are responsibly recycled or disposed of.

Exchanges

Wrong colour? Ordered the wrong model? No problem. If you’d prefer an exchange, contact us at hello@haloearplugs.com.au, and we’ll sort it out for you.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a problem with the product (e.g., wrong product, defective or damaged items). 

Refunds

Once your return is received, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
